Primarily, CrossBlast provides strength training and conditioning exercises that work for anyone, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. The core of CrossBlast is high-intensity, constantly changing workouts made up of everyday movements. It’s designed in a way that will help you achieve any fitness goal, whether it’s becoming more fit, improving your athletic ability, or simply improving your overall health and wellness.

Workouts focus on improving the ten physical domains of fitness. These skills — cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossBlast is based on mix of all kind of structured fitness workouts like CROSSFIT , TABATA , HIIT, CIRCUIT TRAINING etc

Any good strength coach will tell you that one of the key variables the body craves is variety, So changing not only the weight, sets or reps of an exercise, but also the tool, is essential. And here comes MFusion resistance bands class tailored towards everyone no matter the age or fitness level.
What I love about resistance bands is that they alter the strength endurance continuum (the idea that strength and endurance are in competition with each other, so it is impossible to maximise both at once).

As the band lengthens the resistance increases, a dynamic which doesn’t occur with other weighted implements, where the weight stays the same throughout the range of movement.

PadFit is a non contact, Thai boxing based padwork workout. There are numerous benefits to padwork training, whether as an individual personal training client or in a group exercise format. These include:

Padfit is a martial arts based fitness workout that will raise your heart rate speeding up metabolism, increase overall body strength, make you fitter and healthier and decrease stress levels. It helps with coordination, flexibility and balance too. But most of all Padfit is a great fun and is designed for everyone - for those who have little to no training experience in Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, as well as for experienced people who want to tighten up their strikes. Padfit introduces you to the basic fundamentals of Striking, this includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and the defence to these techniques
FitRun
FitRun is an outdoor running class for beginners and little advanced. The aim will be to help newbies to get to the point, where they can cover 5k running without stopping and then work on improving 5k pace. Faster or more advanced guys would cover more distance due to mustering as noone will be left behind.
