V6 - The Ironman

Virtual 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the books. Time for OSC Virtual challenge 6, V6 - The Ironman. This going to be a special one to me ( even though they all are) because whilst I will be facing the challenge of IRONMAN UK BOLTON you will be killing V6 that weekend :) 

We traditionally go blind again as we did last times until an event week where all be fully revealed. I might be chucking in some bits and bobs every now and then though. Although Event based on similar structure all Virtuals - Crossfit / Obstacle race based, it will be slightly different - again! 

I can only say V6 will be all about pushing your limits once again!😎 

Everyone can do it as we proved four times before ! Event will come with options like Adult/Hard and Junior/Easy with adjustments for people with injuries,

You don't need facebook nor YouTube or any free weights/ equipment and you can do it everywhere! 💚

 All details, to include videos, will be provided via WhatsApp, email or messenger on the event week. 

It kicks off on Friday 6am and finishes Sunday 10pm. 

You've got Friday, Saturday or Sunday to complete the challenge but it need to be done in 'one go'. 

Again ALL DETAILS will be send out on the event week. 

There's not only a satisfaction of finishing the challenge, having fun and bond together getting fitter but also there's a brand new medal for each participant!
