V4 : 2021 KickStart

After a huge success with our Virtual 1 ,2 and Virtual 3, here we have OSC Virtual 4 - 2021 KickStart 

We traditionally go blind again as we did last times until an event week where all be fully revealed. I might be chucking in some bits and bobs every now and then though.

Although Event based on similar structure as Virtual 1, 2 & 3 (  Crossfit / Obstacle race based) with 2 options - Adult/Hard and Junior/Easy with adjustments for people with injuries, it will be slightly different again!

I can only say V4 will be all about pushing your limits once again!😎

Everyone can do it as we proved three times before !

You don't need facebook nor YouTube or any free weights/ equipment and you can do it everywhere! 💚

All details, to include videos, will be provided via WhatsApp, email or messenger on the event week.

It's a 1st weekend of 2021  event and it kicks off on Friday midnight and finishes Monday 6pm.

You've got Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday to complete the challenge, and stert your 2021 with a kick! it need to be done in 'one go'.

Again ALL DETAILS will be send out on the event week.

There's not only a satisfaction of finishing the challenge, having fun and bond together getting fitter but also there's a brand new medal for each participant!
